Job responsibilities:
1. Operation, sales management, customer development and maintenance of international logistics export business, effectively establish good relationships with target customers;
2. Responsible for the company's business development and sales operations, and can effectively transform plans into results;
3. Organize, collect, and analyze customer and market information, conduct in-depth business exploration, and look for opportunities for cooperation;
4. Complete sales performance assessment, set sales targets, sales models, sales strategies, sales budgets, etc.;
5. Provide professional training for new sales, share successful experience, maintain and improve the company's market competitiveness;
6. Establish and manage the sales team, standardize the sales process, complete the distribution and management of sales targets and related tasks;
job requirements:
1. Experience in the freight forwarding industry, sales experience in cross-border e-commerce international logistics, and experience in international air freight forwarding is preferred;
2. Familiar with export business process, understand FBA and other export operation process, and have certain industry knowledge;
3. Understand the entire framework of export freight forwarding, and understand the pain points of the freight forwarding industry;
4. Independently develop the customer's ability, lead and build the sales team;
5. Outgoing personality, quick response, strong expression skills, strong communication skills and communication skills, and affinity;
6. English level 4 or above, listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability to meet basic work needs;
7. Familiar with computer common office software, such as word, excel, PPT, etc.;

A: Salary: basic salary reward system, minimum 3000 per month
Plus bonus. In general, you can get at least 5K-1W per month. I have been in this industry for more than 2 years and have a monthly standard of 1W-3W!
B: 9:00-12:00 in the morning, 13:30-18:00 in the afternoon, performance bonus + extra bonus.
C: Our target customers are foreign trade companies or all enterprises or individuals with import and export freight transportation needs.
